Member of Global Leadership team. In charge of creating Product & Commercial Department and leading a digital transformation piece across the global business.

Architect of a new Global Product & Innovation Strategy across physical products (F&B, accommodations, touring components and packages) as well as the digital – apps, platforms, data, revenue management. Some of the countries where the above has been introduced – Italy, USA, Taiwan, UK, Japan amongst many others.

Leading various work streams (Product Development & Innovation, Digital Channels, Customer Experience, Supplier Relations, Revenue Management) within the Tricast digital transformation project.




Introduction of new innovative products, content and marketing strategy combined with data analysis, new revenue management processes and overall digital and physical product transformation turned around a loss-making business producing over 2M Euro profit.
